Go to the booking website Select Destinations Select Dates of Travel Click show Lowest to Highest for prices Click Search Select your flights Click next Please note that sometimes the Flights you selected will CHANGE! On the 20th of October, I booked a trip from Oslo to Miami. On the 31st of October I called Orbitz.com customer service to change the dates of my tickets, It took me one hour on the phone, I was informed of the fees to change the flight date and provided my credit card details. I had a terrible experience with Orbitz. I booked a return flight through Orbitz flying on Norwegian Airlines to London Gatwick. Booked in February for Sept 28 travel. My confirmation from Orbitz said "Booked. No need to confirm just bring this confirmation to check-in desk". I've had two bad experiences with these (they are the same company) in regards to changing hotel reservations. Avoid or expect pain and expense (yours). In both cases i THOUGHT i was making a reservation, not a pre-paid booking. In the first case my flight was cancelled and i couldn't make the hotel reservation. It took 5 or more calls and repeated stalling before i got the amount refunded. Last week I used Orbitz for a hotel reservation. Or... Read more

Booked a hotel with Orbitz, when I got to the hotel I gave the receptionist a copy of my reservation made though Orbitz. When the credit card invoice arrived I was double charged , once by Orbitz for $201 and once by Holiday Inn for $164. I called Orbitz to see why the hotel was charging me , and why they charged me less then Orbitz which states they have the lowest prices available. Beware of Orbitz conducting illegal connections. My husband and I were returning from our honeymoon. The first leg of our flight was London to Dublin. Our next leg was Dublin to Chicago. We were not informed that we would not be able to make this flight until we got to Dublin. We missed the flight from Dublin to Chicago because in Dublin you must go through US customs if you are a US citizen. The airlines had said that what Orbitz did with only... Read more

Most horrible travel booking experience I've ever had. Book a cruise for December and was offered a free drink package that included the tips. Before I paid I took a screenshot that included the drink special however when I paid and continued the order the package was for 250 minutes of internet after I clicked continue with my credit card information. We book a hotel for 1 week and were going to get $12.16 in orbucks and it showed them on my account. After 4 days they were gone then we called them and asked about it they said that we didn't sign up for orbucks. We also ordered 2 flight and hotel for 2 nights before we signed up for orbucks. Canceled my renta car, so the agent made be believe. I get an email two days later saying they did not cancel my reservation and that they are chargeing me. I called them up and they denied that I ever called to cancel. Really, than why are you sending me an email saying my canceled reservation wasn't happening.
