I cancelled the trip within 24 hours of their courtesy cancellation policy because my granddaughter could not go on the trip she was a baby 9 months old and had ear infections and now needed tube surgery immediately so the doctor said no flying so I cancelled the trip and the process took six and a half hours over thought for day. And every time it was a nightmare.

Then I never got credit for the airlines and I had to go through hoops to get that to happen done correctly. I lodged complaints and then had a customer service rep call me at 1:30 in the morning last night and say that I was an awful person to cancel and how would I feel if I owned a company and I did that told him about the baby and the surgery and he said so what! I am so upset I can't even breathe.

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life ever with any company. I want to scream
