I purchased travel insurance from you and you want to give me a Credit and I need my money. Youre asking for information that I cant provide because of Hippa Laws and Legal reasons.

This process for $157.18 is ridiculous, especially because Im experiencing a Life and Death Emergency for my Son. I will continue to Complain and contact anyone and everyone until I receive the money refund I deserve because of following your rules on the Cancellation Insurance Policy

Static during the call never resolved the issue with the credit. I wanted to make a request for an extension to the credit date.

Orbits is selling insurances for car rental that do not exist.

When you use them and file a claim the insurance company, Travel Guard Group says that the policy doesnt exist.

I think orbits is selling fake insurances and pocketing the money.

Of course when you call them there is no option to talk to an operator.

Its a well articulated scam.

DO NOT BUY INSURANCES FROM ORBITZ!!!

I purchased cancellation insurance from Orbitz and followed the policy to cancel my flight for Southwest. They instantly gave me a credit instead of a refund.

After speaking to Southwest, Orbitz has my account locked so they can't process a refund. I have a detrimental family emergency and they want doctor records that I can't provide because of HIPAA laws for $157.18.

Called 10 times and you didn't solve my problems. My flight was cancelled and I ask for an alternate flight.

The website offers the option to pay for seat selection but doesn't allow me to select those seats. If I wait till check-in, as suggested, there will be no aisle seats left.

A flight was cancelled and a new one had to be arranged immediately. My wonderful orbitz rep-whose name I think is Jamie-handled everything seamlessly, both the new booking and the refund.

I made a reservation for a overnight stay, when I got to the place someone else was staying there and I was stranded with my family in another country without a place to stay because Orbitz double booked the place

Orbitz need to check their companies they use better. Booked and paid big money for rental car.

Arrived and no car for us. Ruined our vacation and still no response about a refund. Poor service.

I can't reach anyone at Orbitz to resolve my problem. I have tried to call multiple numbers and no one is answering as the system is down.

They wound up refunding the full amount after calling using this phone number. Thought I was calling orbitz directly but this sure got the job done!

Just need a round-trip airfare from Houston, TX, to Delhi, India, business class on 2/1-2/16, 2026, for two passengers.

I was charged twice for the same rental. It was only supposed to be $268 through orbit.

I wound up getting charged 500 and some dollars and my son got charged an extra $369 on his card. all orbit did was refund me $194 for the cancellation fee and I still havent seen the money.

Orbits charged our credit card, but did not pay the hotel the full rate. They said that the virtual credit card orbit sent was not good.
