How Good is Orbitz's Customer Service?
I made a mistake booking two rooms with ordifz. There was no refund so I’m out $230. Bucks. Not a good customer service move. I won’t be use in Orbitz again to make my travel arrangements.
After too long extensive tries with everything. I could not find a way to update my email address. As a result I made a reservation for the wrong date.
And did not find out until I called.
I am having entering a perfectly valid credit card as my only payment option on Orbitz. I entered it several times and got a message that the card was invalid. It isn’t. I tried for over an hour and multiple times to talk to someone at Orbitz, but Orbitz offered no option to speak with an agent. It was very frustrating, and I still have the problem.
