Got asked to answer a survey on recent hotel stay through Orbitz. Had no email confirmation, no email update closer to stay, no correspondence.

At end of weekend of expected stay I received a survey about how was my stay? Have tried to contact Orbitz with no success, they have no personal service. Hotel is charging me for 2 night stay and American Express tried to intervene but hotel had me as a no show but shows no confirmation info for me. Stuck?

Never ever use Orbitz for any purpose.

I have had good results with Booking.com. Trip Advisor should remove them from their sources of booking.

Product or Service Mentioned: Orbitz Hilton Garden Inn Room Booking.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, No email confirmation of reservation, No update correspondence on reservation, No reply on emails asking for survey, Poor data handling.
