Contacted customer service and after an hour they called the host airline and basically if the dates are not identical I cannot get to use the refund. My date was April and I need an August date, but since I booked a flight to fly out on April, I have to use the refund specially on or before that month.
Does not help me with my flight in August! So I get the old story of its the airlines policy on this, what a bunch of BS I will never use Orbitz again! So basically I am out $2000.00 I will attempt to contact management and demand satisfaction on this issue.
