We always used Orbitz but never will again after they refused our refund saying they repeatedly couldn't get the agreement from the resort booked, when the travel contract clearly states refunds are issued minus 2 nights of the stay booked. We will not stop fighting - absolute definition of fraud.
Bahia Principe Punta Cana is just as much at fault, since we've contacted them many times and were told to deal with Orbitz. Avoid both!
