I booked 4 flight tickets than call for Flight date changed , they charged me for the change .than 3 days later I am getting email that my booking was cancelled because of Orbitz agent wrong documentation of the reservation.
So with no reservation and tickets I asked for refund - they answered that they need to charge me for airline cancelation fee - so I need to pay for Orbitz mistakes . since there is no valid ticket – there should be a full refund .
Called more than 12 times to customer service - always waiting line is more than hour – and they promise they get back , but no answer ...
worse service ever!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2151.
