I ordered a fly but I have not got my itinerary

I ordered a fly with hotel, and I put the whole information with credit card ,phone # E-Mail etc,etc. the price was $1007.00 but Orbitz did not give me the booking #.and Expedia travel sent me a e-mail that they answer me in 72 hours and I still waiting for some answer.I worry maybe is scam? Jairo

I had booked a room for a couple of days, through another site, but my husband informed me that he needed another day, so I went to your site , everything was fine till he was checking out to recheck back in, that I had booked the date, he was checking out, this hotel was not accommodating to the situation, and the fact that was it was the same person really annoying, Patricia was very nice she tried, thank you

I booked a flight from Toronto to Jamaica for August 25. To attend my mom's funeral. My flight was for 3pm. On WESTJET WS 2660, I got to the check-in counter at 1:25 pm. But was told I was late and can't board my flight, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he told me that the flight was oversold and there's no seat for me. And the only thing he can do is booked me for a flight for the following day, or I can apply for a refund. As a result, I missed my Mom's Nine night/wake, which was on the Aug 25. My flight was a direct 4-hour flight to and from Jamaica. I ended up booking a different flight for August 26. The only flight I could find was a 12 hours connecting flight with 2 different stops. And had to pay twice the price I previouly paid. SI always book with Orbitz. This experience was not good at all, especially when It's something as important as my mom's funeral. Orbit and west jet SUCKS.

I completely unsatisfied with my rental car experience with Hertz. I reserved an economy car . At the day of arrival at a Baltimore airoport i was given an electric car that even did not noticed right away. I also prepaid for the full tank of gas that i was thinking. I drove about 1 hour from the Baltimore eiroport no my hotel located at National Harbor. I parked the car at a parking lot. Next morning i sat at my rental car turn the car on and got the massage 5% battery remaining. I came to Washington DC for two days just to go to my country embassy for my expired passport renewal. 1.5 hours before my appointment i got the massage that i have 5% battery remaining. I have never drove an electric car before , means no nothing about it. I goggled first mass station , drove there 3% battery left . The guy said we do not have electric charge here. I drove to another spot GPS says to go and there nothing there as well. I stop by police guy he said he have no idea where is is. I asked another police officer and got the same answer. Finally i google 3 d time electric car charging station nearby GPS brought me to highway with 2% charging and i start feeling car is lowing down . I almost stop on the 4 line high speed highway with my 2 years old son that was sitting on the back of my rental car. Luckily i was able to make to exit and park on the middle of nowhere but at least not in the highway where i could easily get killed with my 2 years old. I was late to my appointment . I spent 200 dollars on gas going back and forth to the hotel , to my appointment and on my way back to Baltimore airport . I was waiting for the triple A 7 hours to be picked up. The first guy came to the wrong address after I was waiting for 2.5 hours and he left. I was sitting with my baby under the sun or in the hot car(could not turn the conditioner on since the car battery died) waiting for triple A guys . I could not go to the shade and wait there because my cell phone battery was dying and I was afraid to miss triple A track. My day was completely ruined . I was late for Tony 's appointment and was not able to be seen. I have never experienced that much stress and discomfort in my life. First Herts gave me an electric car . The parking garage where I received that car is dark like in a tunnel i didnt even notice it was electric . Plus I was alone with bags, my stroller and a 2 years old baby. The guy just post to the car and told me right there white car is yours. Service was horrible as well! Car has a marihuana smell inside . Later under the seat I found an empty gate aid bottle . This is how they clean the car before giving it to the new customer. I am completely disappointed with Hertz. I don't think i need to pay any penny for this rental car after all i had have experienced. It was the the biggest stress in my life which completely ruined my planes !!!

I got 2 nights from another website, at this same hotel, but my husband needed an extra day, so I booked through Orbitz, and got the dates wrong, Patricia, your representative even called about getting a refund, its the hotel that wasnt being helpful, we will handle it from our end, but I really appreciated her trying, even though my husbands name was registered at the same hotel, !!! They said policy, but very shady business

The Stratosphere Hotel was rated 3 Stars OMG! A one star is really too much. The Strat. was once a nice 3 star possibility of 4 but, its so terrible now that it should be closed down.

Hotel doesn't have my reservation

I am a long-time Orbitz user, and until now have not had any major issues. However this one was a doozy. An expensive doozy: Because my flight from Minnesota to Memphis was delayed nearly 12 hours, I arrived late to my hotel. When I arrived they said they had no record of my reservation. This was a pre-paid reservation, so this was a surprise. I asked whether my late arrival could have caused the information to be deleted, but the desk clerk said that she should still be able to see me in the system. I called Orbitz customer service, who tried to help by providing the reservation number to the desk clerk. Still she could find nothing, and she claimed that they had no vacancies. The first customer service clerk sent me an email saying that Orbitz would see that since I was turned away, I could get a place at no extra expense. However, when I called the number in the email, the new clerk did not offer this, although I read the email to her. She said that in order to get a refund from Sonesta Suites, they would have to authorize it (it had been a non-refundable reservation, but I had no intention of cancelling, so that should have been fine). I don't see how they're going to be willing to authorize a refund if they can't find me in their system. As it turned out, In spite of having pre-paid more than $355, I had no place to stay. I slept on a sofa for one night then was able to get a place for the remaining 2 nights. I did not use Orbitz for this, as I was pretty upset. I strongly feel that I am entitled to a refund of the $355+ that I paid for the reservation I was not able to use because they turned me away.

Made reservations at Villa Ratanckon in Luang Prabang, Laos beginning July 19, 2023. I paid by credit card and have receipts from Orbitz.. Horel claims I have no reservation and never received any money from Orbitz. Orbitz website not working at all. Virtual Agent chat is useless. I have used Orbitz for years, but now website barely work and chat bot is useless.

Contacting your organization is extremely difficult, since booked the rental car through COSTCO we will be making our complaints for such sad service. We will never book with your company again!!!

Hotel booked for wrong dates. My stay at the Kennebunkport Inn needs to be for 10/12 to 10/13. It was accidentally booked for 10/9 to 10/10. Can this be updated to the correct dates please?

Flight cancellations

I have been cancelling my flight since July for my Flight with Emirates on the 4th of September. I have been sending multiple messages to the email given along with the required documents. On September 3 I got an email from kayak that I needed to checked in on line for my flight to the Philippines . I was able to speak to one of the support team last Sunday and he told me that the agent that I was sending all the messages didnt do anything at all. I was glad that I was able to get in touched with this agent and he told me that he cancelled my flight for September 4 and that he submitted my documents to Emirates for refund. He also told me that I ll hear from them in 72 hours but I never got a message that my request has been resolved. Im not sure if indeed my flight was cancelled . This is not right to why some people arent reliable . I was talking to Paul from Orbitz but he never responded to my messages I will fight for my refund because it wasnt my fault at all. My mom passed away suddenly and that I needed to change my flight.I couldnt afford to change it as Im having financial difficulties and this is what I got. We have been. a customer fir Orbitz and we even rent cars from them . It should be trusted and reliable

So people who come to Minnesota know not to get a motel near airport @ Snelling Motel

The company that gave us the trip with motel. They had us at a slum, ghetto, and drug infested property. We got out of the car and asked the owner to see the room. Let me tell ya this is not what you see on Obitz website. The pictures you see are not like what you see. Which is false advertisement. Obitz refused to give our money back. The Snelling Motel is dirty, wretched, and not where you want to sleep w kids or etc. Property and building was run down and the owner was very nasty in person. Not well kept up. I recommend that stay far away from this place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
