They should reject debit card payments online not to take advantage of the people and take the people money out of they account. I was believe if they accept the card everything is find.
They let me believe paying for the service i will get what promised.
On 15 dec2023 When i was to the counter to pick up the car FOX rent a car refuse to take my debit card wich i make the prepaid payment online (latter on found out this go against they own policy). Looking for manager 1 hour they told me to wait and if i told them allready they take my money, they refuse deliberately to process and to honor what i allready payed for, instead they make treats on me a woman alone to call the police on me for no reason just to betray me placing me on panic attacks, because i no speack well English.

Verified ReviewerThey are a total SCAM! They charged me $2400 but I got no tickets nor did it show up on their system.
They are a total SCAM! Beware of using them or buying tickets on their site - no matter what you might think you will be saving on tickets.
I used to book through Orbitz for all my family tickets for the past 8 years, but in the last 3 years or so they have gone steadily from very lousy to downright SCAM. The past two years I had legs of my son's flights cancelled, without notification, and when my son takes the first leg of the flight he finds out the the middle or last leg of the flight was cancelled months ago! He would get stuck at the airport trying to figure a way to get home for the holidays, The chat support just says CONTACT THE AIRLINE - so NO SUPPORT Whatsoever. THE DISASTER THAT COMPLETELY BLEW MY MIND WAS YESTERDAY, THEY CHARGED ME $2600 for four family members tickets to Greece.
Charge goes through, My credit card charge alert on my mobile verifies the transaction (6 transactions in total with the extra baggage from Aegean Airlines). The window takes an unusually long time to verify the transaction (goes through 3D Secure and is verified) Window closes and I think that I an done buying the tickets - WRONG I never get an email confirmation, and I cannot see my booking on my account. Once I start panicking and try to contact them the horror story unfolds - YOU CANNOT get through any of their phone numbers without the itinerary number - which I did NOT get. Spent 2 hours trying all options,Then comes the live chat support - SCAM UNFOLDING - the chat agent (Jojo L) said that there is NO record of my airline tickets booking.
AT FIRST SHE SAID SHE SAW A TRACE OF THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION BUT THEN SHE SAID THERE IS NO RECORD. She said I should contact Aegean Airlines, which I did, but there was no ticket booked on their system because the transaction was done through Orbitz, So Aegean said I should go back to Orbitz, which I did, and the agent again said there was nothing she can do because there was no record of the flight itineraryMeanwhile $2400 just disappeared from my account and got charged to my account. THEY did the transaction through Orbitz system, at least they could give me the transactin details so I could go back to m y bank or airline. NOTHING, NADA They were as cold and bad as they come.
TOTAL SCAMMERS!
NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!!! You are far better of buying directly from the airline sites.

Unable to receive advertised price
I tried several options to fly round-trip or multi-city to the midwest. Every time I selected my return or second leg, the total price increased by 50% or more.
Example:
Price for first leg from IAD-OMA $562.62, which I selected.
Price for second leg from BRL-IAD listed as +$14.87 for a multi-city total per passenger of $541.49, which I selected.
Price summary then showed: Traveler 1: Adult $905.31 Flight $796.38 Taxes and fees $108.93 Booking fee $19.91 Trip total $925.22
I had similar results trying to book round trip to BRL and other airport combinations. I attempted to call Customer Service to discuss but there is no way to get through without a booking number, and I do not want to book at that price.
There is also nowhere on the website to request assistance other than with a confirmed booking. They have lost my business over this.

I booked a flight from Toronto to Jamaica for August 25. To attend my mom's funeral.
My flight was for 3pm. On WESTJET WS 2660, I got to the check-in counter at 1:25 pm. But was told I was late and can't board my flight, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he told me that the flight was oversold and there's no seat for me. And the only thing he can do is booked me for a flight for the following day, or I can apply for a refund.
As a result, I missed my Mom's Nine night/wake, which was on the Aug 25. My flight was a direct 4-hour flight to and from Jamaica. I ended up booking a different flight for August 26. The only flight I could find was a 12 hours connecting flight with 2 different stops.
And had to pay twice the price I previouly paid. SI always book with Orbitz.
This experience was not good at all, especially when It's something as important as my mom's funeral. Orbit and west jet SUCKS.

I completely unsatisfied with my rental car experience with Hertz. I reserved an economy car .
At the day of arrival at a Baltimore airoport i was given an electric car that even did not noticed right away. I also prepaid for the full tank of gas that i was thinking. I drove about 1 hour from the Baltimore eiroport no my hotel located at National Harbor. I parked the car at a parking lot.
Next morning i sat at my rental car turn the car on and got the massage 5% battery remaining. I came to Washington DC for two days just to go to my country embassy for my expired passport renewal. 1.5 hours before my appointment i got the massage that i have 5% battery remaining. I have never drove an electric car before , means no nothing about it.
I goggled first mass station , drove there 3% battery left . The guy said we do not have electric charge here. I drove to another spot GPS says to go and there nothing there as well. I stop by police guy he said he have no idea where is is.
I asked another police officer and got the same answer. Finally i google 3 d time electric car charging station nearby GPS brought me to highway with 2% charging and i start feeling car is lowing down . I almost stop on the 4 line high speed highway with my 2 years old son that was sitting on the back of my rental car. Luckily i was able to make to exit and park on the middle of nowhere but at least not in the highway where i could easily get killed with my 2 years old.
I was late to my appointment . I spent 200 dollars on gas going back and forth to the hotel , to my appointment and on my way back to Baltimore airport . I was waiting for the triple A 7 hours to be picked up. The first guy came to the wrong address after I was waiting for 2.5 hours and he left.
I was sitting with my baby under the sun or in the hot car(could not turn the conditioner on since the car battery died) waiting for triple A guys . I could not go to the shade and wait there because my cell phone battery was dying and I was afraid to miss triple A track. My day was completely ruined . I was late for Tony 's appointment and was not able to be seen.
I have never experienced that much stress and discomfort in my life. First Herts gave me an electric car . The parking garage where I received that car is dark like in a tunnel i didnt even notice it was electric . Plus I was alone with bags, my stroller and a 2 years old baby.
The guy just post to the car and told me right there white car is yours. Service was horrible as well! Car has a marihuana smell inside . Later under the seat I found an empty gate aid bottle .
This is how they clean the car before giving it to the new customer. I am completely disappointed with Hertz.
I don't think i need to pay any penny for this rental car after all i had have experienced. It was the the biggest stress in my life which completely ruined my planes !!!
