Hi,

my flight on Friday I had the worst customer experience I have ever encountered and would like a full refund. I got travel insurance through orbitz but apparently I can't use it.

No-one has been helpful. Starting with checking my bags at BWI I patiently waited to check my bag (since I paid for this and have a heart condition that I shouldn't lift anything prolonged) and as soon as getting to the ticket counter the AA attendant said he was taking his lunch break at 6 am. He said I would have to wait in line again and by that time rudely he said I shouldn't even try I would miss my flight. I have TSA precheck so tried to get to my gate with 25 mins to spare.

My heart condition exacerbated and my Heart rate went to 200 which is very unsafe. I blacked out and a random nurse who saw me stopped to help me. I got to American 20 mins before departure and said I had a medical emergency and I was on time. I at this point was out of breath and had to take emergency medication.

American rebooked me but no one helped me after that the nurse from before saw me again and took it upon herself to get me water, and lay a certain way and take my vital signs. American was disgusting in their employees from the start, and then not letting someone with a registered disability on time get on the plane. I had to get wheelchair services on my own and it was an awful experience. I would like to get refunded for this blatant disability ignorance & rude customer service that never should happen but should definitely be covered by travel insurance.
