You won't even honor your own lower rate!!!

I am so disgusted with Orbitz! I booked a vacation package with them a few weeks ago and now there is $990.00 difference on their website!! Now Orbitz will not honor their own price difference! I cannot believe it!! I will never use them again!!

The customer representative told me that basically it was my touch luck and there was nothing they would do! I could not believe how short and uncaring he was. I guess he so used to so many people with this type of complaint!! This is horrible.

Monetary Loss: $990.
